Every build is drawn differently, so we scope HVAC around your plans and schedule. These are the partners we work with most.

Custom home builders

Zoning, multi-system layouts and premium equipment.

Developers & subdivisions

Consistent packages and crews that keep pace.

General contractors

One reliable sub for the full residential HVAC scope.

Sheet metal shop floor with fabricated galvanised ductwork

In-house sheet metal shop

Custom ductwork, fabricated in our own shop.

Kirin Air runs its own HVAC sheet metal shop — plasma cutter, forming equipment and ductwork machinery on site — so non-standard runs, tight ceiling voids and mid-build changes get built here instead of waiting on an outside vendor.

  • Plasma-cut sheet metal for non-standard sizes
  • Transitions, boots and adapters made to the job
  • Fast turnaround when a schedule moves
  • Consistent quality across every lot

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take on full subdivisions as well as custom homes?

Yes. Our RNC team handles everything from single custom homes to multi-phase subdivisions, with an in-house sheet metal shop that keeps ductwork and non-standard sizes on schedule.

Can you quote and work from our drawings and specs?

Yes. Send us the plans and we will price the mechanical scope, size the equipment and ductwork, and flag anything that needs a decision before rough-in.

Do you handle gas line rough-ins?

Yes. Our TSSA-certified gas fitters rough in gas lines for furnaces, water heaters, ranges and outdoor lines as part of the same visit schedule.

Who looks after finals and commissioning?

We do. We return for finals, commission every piece of equipment, balance the airflow, and leave a homeowner handover package so your buyers know what they have and how it is covered.

Which equipment brands do you install in new builds?

We install Carrier, Navien, Broan-NuTone, Mitsubishi and other professional-grade brands, and we can standardize on the lineup your projects already spec.

How does a long-term builder partnership work?

You get a dedicated RNC contact, consistent pricing across your lots, and scheduling that follows your build timeline from roof cuts to finals. Call us to talk through your upcoming phases.
